David Garland is Senior Counsel at Cardinale Fayard and practices in the firm's Medical Defense Law Group. David is a 20-plus year experienced civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on medical malpractice defense in federal and state courts in California. Prior to joining Cardinale Fayard, David practiced medical malpractice defense law for a small boutique firm in Sacramento. David also has extensive trial experience, having tried over 50 cases to verdict.  

A Sacramento native, David obtained his law degree from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento with a Bachelor's degree from University of California, Los Angeles.

David works in the firm's Sacramento office. He is admitted to practice law in California, as well as the United States District Courts of Northern and Eastern California.  He is member of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
